Unless there is a note in red at the top of this page saying we are closed, we are online 7 days a week. We aim to respond to your questions and queries within 24 hours (during office hours usually within 4 hours).

We are an online only company and all communication should be via email. We also do not have a shop nor a call centre. We cannot accept telephone payments and we cannot allow collections / personal callers. We answer queries via email as this is quicker and gives us both a paper trail.
You can contact us offline at: TMC Limited, 3 Thorndyke Court, Pinner, HA5 4JG - however you must not return anything to us at this address, as it is not our warehouse. If you need to organise a return, please contact us using the email address above and we will tell you how to do this.
Returns
If you are contacting us to arrange a return of any item, please note, as stated on all of the items pages, we have a 7 day returns policy:
(a) If you are within 7 days of purchase, please contact us via an email to the email address above to organise the return
(b)
If you are outside 7 days we will not be able to accept it back. All electrical items returned to suppliers require extensive checks that involve considerable costs before they can be resold and other items that have been opened, checked and repackaged. They also may not be able to be sold as new. As such we enforce this 7 day policy, as they are considered ‘used’. (c) If you are outside of the 7 day returns period and there is a fault with your item we will help you under the warranty, but will not be able to accept it back for a refund.
